Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:

$100,000 – $150,000+ yearly total compensation

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

You'll serve as the primary advisor during prospective client consultations, helping families understand their options and confidently move forward.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct scheduled consultations with prospective clients.
  • Build trust through thoughtful questions, active listening, and education.
  • Recommend estate planning and elder law solutions based on each family's goals.
  • Confidently ask for the business when the solution is the right fit.
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up with prospective clients who need additional time.
  • Track consultations, opportunities, and conversion metrics within our CRM.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with referral partners throughout the St. Louis region.
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys, intake, and operations to create an exceptional client experience.
  • Represent Polaris Estate Planning and Elder Law with professionalism, integrity, and credibility.
