Our Client is a publicly traded energy company engaged in the acquisition, development, and production of crude oil and natural gas across North America. The organization offers a dynamic, professional environment within the energy sector.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Client is seeking a polished and professional part-time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal staff. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced corporate setting, and takes pride in maintaining an organized and welcoming office environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer and manage a multi-line telephone system, taking accurate messages and directing calls professionally
  • Greet and screen incoming visitors and promptly notify appropriate personnel of arrivals
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail in a timely manner
  • Receive and sign for courier deliveries and distribute packages to appropriate personnel
  • Assist with domestic and international travel arrangements including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
  • Manage inventory and stock of office and kitchen supplies as directed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, printer areas, supply rooms, conference rooms, and reception area
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
  • Provide administrative support for projects as needed
  • Maintain office calendar and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Perform other related administrative duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2+ years of receptionist experience in a corporate setting
  • Demonstrated job stability with proven tenure in previous roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Proactive mindset with strong organizational skill
  • Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and reliable
