Experienced Immigration Attorney (Business Immigration)

To support the continued growth of our practice, we are seeking a dedicated and Experienced Immigration Attorney to join our immigration team in New York.

The Role

We are looking for an attorney with deep expertise in business and employment-based immigration. The successful candidate will navigate complex filings and provide strategic counsel to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities & Required Expertise:

• Manage a robust caseload of employment-based immigration filings, including EB-1A, NIW, L-1, TN, O-1, and H-1B visas.
• Draft, review, and file high-quality legal briefs and petitions.
• Provide clear, professional communication to corporate and individual clients.
• Maintain strict adherence to deadlines while working under the pressure of a fast-paced international practice.

Qualifications

• Experience: at least 2 years of experience in business immigration law.
• Language: F luency in Chinese (Speaking and Reading) is mandatory
• Skills: Exceptional legal research & writing, communication skills
• Bar Admission: Must be a member in good standing of a State Bar (New York preferred).
• Mindset: A genuine passion for immigration law and a commitment to client success.
