Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We prepare, analyze, report, and manage data used for both enterprise-wide and regional decision-making.
• We use data to evaluate performance in key quality measures and support effective use of health plan resources.
• We collaborate across the company to identify information needs, build and maintain data queries and tools, and deliver accurate reporting.
• We maintain knowledge of data management and analytics systems, including both technical and user-facing interfaces.
• We may oversee data integration into our data infrastructure and lead system-level user testing.
• We use the Enterprise Data Warehouse and other sources to locate and isolate data for analysis.
• We validate reports and manage key data sources to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• We work with departments such as QI, IT, Finance, and Analytics, as well as external partners, to define business requirements and data needs.
• We develop and execute data collection plans that establish baseline performance and measure the impact of interventions.
• We analyze performance data, including trends and stratifications, to identify opportunities for improvement.
• We provide actionable recommendations and communicate the impact of decisions to stakeholders.
• We support project management for data-driven and performance improvement initiatives, including HEDIS, PDQ, pay-for-performance programs, and other assigned efforts.
• We track multiple deliverables and work closely with the broader project team to keep work moving forward.
