Compensation: $50,000 to $72,000 annually, commensurate with experience

The Marketing & Communications Specialist supports the Distribution Marketing Team by executing the marketing programs that keep brokers and agents informed, engaged, and productive. This position will report to the Director of Communications and work closely with the Marketing Manager and Distribution team.
This is a writing-forward role focused on producing clear, compelling content across multiple formats and audiences. The work supports broker engagement, lead generation, and sales conversion, requiring someone who understands how marketing contributes directly to business outcomes.
The right candidate brings strong editorial instincts, comfort with marketing technology, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
