Job Description

We are looking for a Recruiter for a top apparel company remote out of their San Francisco offices!

• Pay rate: $32.00/hr 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates.
• Screen, interview and register prospective professional candidates.
• Submit and review candidates with the sales staff and the customer.
• Assist in negotiating salaries and satisfying customers needs.
• Respond to multiple orders, and provide professional support to managers.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidates need to demonstrate the ability to quickly and accurately recruit and present candidates and create and maintain long lasting professional relationship
• Previous full cycle recruitment experience (2-5 years)
• Bachelor's degree or related experience
