Job Description

We build the tech that moves industries forward. We have our eyes set on AI, energy, logistics, sports and other complex and exciting segments.

We believe in an innovative approach to solving deep issues and encourage our people to find their own solutions. We are constantly rethinking processes, business models, architecture, and tech stacks.

We foster a sense of curiosity, experimentation, and passion beyond code. With us, you can easily deepen your knowledge in any field you’re curious about. And because we work across many industries, you’ll be gaining the experience others can only dream of.

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer you will join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality software solutions across web, mobile and backend systems. You will work closely with product, development and operations teams to ensure that our releases meet both functional and non-functional requirements, and you will help define and improve QA practices within our team.

In this role, you will

  • Perform functional, integration, regression and compatibility testing, also non-functional testing including usability,
    accessibility
  • Report, prioritise and track defects using the project management/bug-tracking system; collaborate with developers to resolve issues
  • Participate in test environment setup, data preparation and test execution scheduling
  • Work within an Agile environment; attend sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and contribute from QA perspective
  • Monitor and report KPI/quality dashboards: defect backlog trends, test coverage, automation coverage, release readiness
  • Support automation efforts: design or maintain automated test scripts (UI/API) with a help of your development team
  • Influence tooling and process improvements: select and roll out new QA tools, integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines, promote best practices across teams and projects

What you will bring

  • Deep expertise in both manual and automated testing across web and APIs; hands-on with test automation frameworks and CI/CD integrations
  • Proven track record in defining QA strategy, implementing frameworks and raising overall quality maturity
  • Solid understanding of non-functional testing types such as performance, security, accessibility
  • Excellent stakeholder management: able to influence across engineering, product and operations, and communicate quality status to business leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to drive change
  • Fluent in both Lithuanian and English languages (written and verbal)

Following experience we consider as an advantage

  • ISTQB or equivalent QA certification
  • Security and performance testing experience

What we offer

  • A working culture that is high performing, ambitious, collaborative and fun
  • Health insurance
  • Flexible working hours
  • Bonus for referrals
  • Employee-led workshops and office perks
  • Extra vacation days: 2 after working at NFQ for two years and 4 after four years on our team
  • Unlimited WFH (work from home) policy
  • For those who dream of traveling: WFA (work from anywhere) possibilities in NFQ – approved countries

Salary range: € 2800 – 5200 gross / month
