Summary:
This role will lead, plan, design, develop, organize, control and supervise all functions of the retail and games departments for the Six Flags theme park property assigned. Drive the P&L of Extra Charge, Games, Rentals and Retail for growth and maximizing profitability. • Experience supervising large teams and interfacing with all levels of management.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work productively across various departments.
• Budget planning experience and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in management (or related field) or equivalent management experience in retail or theme park industry.
• Minimum 5 years merchandise / retail experience, including supervision
