We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant for a direct hire position.
The ideal candidate must have excellent written communication skills in both Spanish and English, with accurate grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
You will be responsible for typing, drafting, and responding to emails, messages, and documents in both languages.
Strong verbal English communication skills are required for phone calls, virtual meetings, and client interactions.
The candidate should be organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and common online business tools is preferred.
You must be professional, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
